Danielle L. Green

Dr. Danielle L. Green is a nonprofit executive with over 20 years of comprehensive experience helping organizations fulfill their mission by balancing thought partnership and strategic vision. Her passion has always been to connect people with the tools they need to engage in their passions. As OppNet's Chief Operating Officer, Danielle partners with the President and CEO to plan, resource, pace, steer, and support the growth of OppNet's key backbone functions in alignment with its values, mission, and strategic priorities. In collaboration with institutional leaders, she establishes processes and policies that support OppNet's goal of building and maintaining an organization grounded in sustainability, equity, and a caring community culture. Danielle approaches management and mentorship through the lens of accountability and affirmation and is committed to helping professionals recognize their genius and envision their path forward.

Danielle received her Psy.D. in Organizational Leadership Psychology at William James College, M.S. in Business and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and B.A. in Music from William Paterson University. Her recent research includes diversity, equity, and inclusion intervention and facilitation, nonprofit executive coaching, serious leisure as support for self-efficacy and psychological well-being, and radical self-care as a framework in professional development. Danielle is also a faculty member for the Organizational Leadership Psychology M.A. Program at William James College.
