Alumni Leadership Council

The Opportunity Network Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) is a group of alumni dedicated to serving our growing community. The work of the ALC is to uphold The Opportunity Network’s (OppNet) mission, while also engaging and re-engaging alumni and fellows through programming, mentorship, philanthropy, and leadership. Serving as liaisons between alumni and OppNet, the ALC strives to use the collective voice of the alumni community to institute change. The ALC endeavors to identify gaps in OppNet’s curriculum, ensure that alumni have access to strong postgraduate support, and continually reimagine the impact that OppNet can have, even after the formal six years of programming.

How Do We Do It?

The Opportunity Network Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) is dedicated to keeping our alumni community engaged and connected. We host a variety of events throughout the year, including networking opportunities and social events, all designed to bring our alumni together and foster a strong sense of community.

In addition, we publish quarterly newsletters to keep our alumni up-to-date on the latest news and events happening within the network and highlighting Alumni. We also encourage our alumni to connect with one another on LinkedIn, providing a valuable platform for networking and professional development.
