Sarah Joseph-Donnelly

As Chief Innovation Officer, Sarah Donnelly directs OppNet’s community- and capacity-building Career Fluency^® Partnerships program. In this role, Sarah works with schools and community-based organizations across the country to envision, strategize, and drive educational equity and opportunity for their students and communities through postsecondary and career readiness learning. Internally, Sarah’s work focuses on establishing a baseline of nonprofit management competencies across all levels of leadership and operationalizing learnings based on programmatic and institutional enhancements and innovations. Prior to OppNet, Sarah worked as a Community Organizer at the Association of Community Organization for Reform Now and a Social Justice Educator at The Abyssinian Development Corporation. An alumna of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Sarah has performed nationally and internationally with the STREB Extreme Action Company, Naomie La France – Sens Productions, and The Metropolitan Opera Ballet.
