Jada Young

As Partnerships Manager, Jada manages a portfolio of OppNet's Career Fluency® Partners. This includes developing and leading in-person and virtual trainings for leadership and frontline staff of Partner institutions and coordinating the details and tasks of partnership engagement. Jada joined OppNet after years of experience working in nonprofit organizations and public high schools throughout New York City. In her most recent role, she served as an Academic Counselor at Unity Preparatory Charter High School, playing a crucial role in guiding students through their educational, social-emotional, and college and career development journeys. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's in Black Studies from SUNY New Paltz, a Master's in Africana Studies from SUNY Albany, and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Brooklyn College.
